Can I use only Fect?
Yes, you can choose only the Fect plan. Fect includes all core features such as AI collaboration, basic workspace, and team collaboration. You can optionally add AI agents and additional services as needed.
How are AI agents different from additional services?
AI agents are features that automate specific tasks within Fect using AI. Additional services are independent business domain solutions such as origin management, customs clearance, and inventory management. All are billed per person for easy management.
How are tokens calculated?
Tokens represent the amount of text processed by AI. Approximately 3-4 English words equal 1 token, and typical conversations use around 500-2000 tokens including requests and responses. Each plan has a monthly token limit, and we recommend upgrading to a higher plan if exceeded.
How does per-person billing work?
All selected services are billed based on the number of users. For example, if 5 people use Fect Business ($199/person) and AI Agent ($30/person), the monthly cost is $1,145 (= ($199 + $30) × 5 people). It's a very simple and transparent structure.
Can I use all features during the free trial?
During the 14-day free trial, you can use all features of your selected plan without any limitations. You can start without registering a credit card, and we'll notify you before the trial period ends.
